About the role

PrivyTrips is looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant to join its Cairo office. You will work directly with clients to design and book exclusive, personalized travel experiences, ensuring every detail aligns with their preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage flights, accommodations, and transportation for client itineraries.
• Organize reservations for tours, activities, and special services.
• Provide tailored consulting to create bespoke travel plans.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with travel regulations is a plus.
