Treasury Director – Shared Services Center

About the role

The Treasury Director will head liquidity management, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital optimisation for a multinational organisation operating through a Shared Services Center. This senior position is responsible for shaping treasury strategy, governing banking relationships and driving technology adoption across regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cash‑flow, liquidity planning and working‑capital optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee banking relationships, negotiate financing facilities and manage credit lines.
• Define corporate treasury strategy, governance frameworks and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage foreign‑exchange exposure and implement financial risk‑mitigation measures.
• Drive treasury technology projects, including TMS implementation and cash‑forecasting automation.
• Champion AI‑driven cash forecasting and advanced financial analytics to enhance decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or CTP preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive corporate treasury experience.
• Proven experience in a multinational company; SSC or regional treasury exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of treasury transformation and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Cash‑forecasting automation and banking integration expertise.
• AI‑driven cash forecasting and advanced financial analytics capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of FX risk management and liquidity planning.
