Treasury Team Leader

About the role

The Treasury Team Leader will oversee all treasury operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments, cash flow management, and effective coordination with banks and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal for maintaining liquidity, supporting trade finance activities, and delivering reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of e‑payments, ACH, cheques, and wire transfers.
• Review and approve treasury entries and ERP payment steps.
• Record project collections and support monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation of treasury entries and archive bank statements.
• Manage payment cycles for trade finance instruments such as CAD, LCs, and LGs.
• Prepare weekly cash position reports and update Treasury Express balances.
• Coordinate with banks, resolve issues, and oversee overseas project treasury operations.
• Perform cash flow analysis, cashbox management, and treasury account analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Up to 10 years of treasury experience, preferably in a large‑scale organization.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• CTP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cash management and liquidity management.
• Hands‑on experience with trade finance (LCs, LGs) and bank reconciliations.
