UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce UI/UX Designer to create high‑impact Shopify experiences for fast‑growing DTC brands. You will work remotely with a performance‑focused agency that values design that drives measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete Shopify theme builds, section redesigns, landing pages, product‑detail pages and CRO test variations.
• Apply conversion‑rate‑optimization (CRO) principles to homepages, collections, navigation and information architecture.
• Balance brand polish with performance, ensuring designs are ready for rapid iteration.
• Create and maintain scalable, well‑structured Figma files with clear components, styles and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with CRO specialists, developers and account managers, explaining design decisions through a commercial lens.
• Prepare handover‑ready design files that facilitate smooth development and future updates.

Required profile

• 2–12 years of design experience for Shopify or other high‑converting e‑commerce stores.
• Strong UX fundamentals with clean, modern, and consistent UI execution.
• Hands‑on experience designing CRO or A/B test variations for landing pages and product pages.
• Ability to structure design files for clean handover and future iteration.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce funnels, user intent and buying behaviour.
• Commercial awareness – can link design choices to conversion and average order value outcomes.

Required skills

• Figma (primary design tool)
• Shopify platform and theme architecture
• CRO test design and A/B experimentation
• Basic knowledge of Liquid (Shopify templating language) – optional
