Vendor Operations Supervisor – Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a Vendor Operations Supervisor to act as the primary liaison between noon and rider manpower suppliers across assigned territories. You will ensure smooth deployment of riders, maintain performance standards and support the rapid growth of our hyper‑local delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for rider manpower suppliers in designated regions.
• Build strong operational relationships to ensure responsiveness, alignment and accountability.
• Coordinate contractual discussions, rate updates, deployment commitments and service compliance.
• Facilitate regular vendor business reviews to track performance and resolve issues.
• Translate operational demand forecasts into vendor‑specific deployment plans.
• Manage ramp‑up timelines for seasonal peaks, new store launches and product category changes.
• Track onboarding, documentation and mobilization to ensure riders are deployment‑ready.
• Identify supply risks early and activate contingency or alternative sourcing plans.
• Monitor vendor KPIs such as attendance, fleet availability, store coverage, attrition, rider compliance, SLA impacts and cost.
• Work with Control, Training and Ground Operations to address performance gaps and ensure compliance with standards.
• Proactively resolve deployment gaps, rider shortages and operational escalations.
• Support process improvements in onboarding, training, rostering and store‑level engagement.
• Maintain structured communication channels with vendors (daily updates, weekly/quarterly reviews).
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Training on rates, invoicing, contracts and capability‑building programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
