About the role
The Vice President of Onboarding & Servicing will lead the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations of account onboarding, ATM networks, and cash management within the Retail Banking Operations division. Reporting to the EVP Global Head of Retail Banking Operations, this senior leader will ensure efficient, secure, and compliant service delivery while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for account onboarding, ATM operations, and cash management to ensure efficient and secure transactions.
- Manage daily operations, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing issues promptly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of professionals.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and introduce new technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the relevant departments.
- Implement robust risk‑management practices to mitigate threats related to cash handling and ATM operations.
Required profile
- Extensive experience overseeing account onboarding, ATM operations, and cash‑management functions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated competence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Track record of driving process improvements and adopting innovative technologies.
