Warehouse Keeper & Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

Jude Benhalim is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Keeper & Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage its stockroom and ensure every customer order is accurately packed and shipped. This full‑time, onsite position is the backbone of our inventory and logistics operations, supporting both retail stores and production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with immaculate luxury packaging, including invoices and certificates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse, arranging raw materials, components, and finished jewelry by SKU and model.
• Conduct regular physical counts and update inventory records in real time to achieve 100% stock accuracy for high‑value items.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and coordinate with Quality Control for acceptance.
• Handle stock transfers between retail stores and deliver materials to the production floor according to daily schedules.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Stock Controller, or Order Fulfillment Specialist, preferably in fashion, retail, or high‑value goods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach to procedures, strong time‑management, and high integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
