About the role
The company seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring cycle for engineering, blue‑collar, and other positions within a manufacturing environment. The role involves building talent pipelines, supporting on‑site HR needs, and collaborating across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for engineers, blue‑collar workers, and various manufacturing roles.
- Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels to meet staffing targets.
- Accept short‑term business trips and provide on‑site human‑resource support as needed.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, delivering timely feedback on recruitment challenges and progress.
- Organise recruitment data and produce regular summary reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Relevant recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in English with strong reading and writing abilities.
- Excellent execution, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (data sorting and report creation)
