About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter to lead blue‑collar hiring for our fast‑food restaurant network. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future restaurant positions.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries throughout the hiring process.
- Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and candidate outreach.
- Execute mass‑hiring campaigns for new restaurant openings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring quotas.
- High energy, passion for fast‑food environments, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast‑food or hospitality settings.
- Experience in large‑scale or mass hiring initiatives.
