Accounting Supervisor – Finance Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team in Giza. The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Drive month‑end and year‑end close processes efficiently.
• Design and enforce internal controls to protect company assets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian financial regulations and tax obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the accounting function.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated track record of ensuring compliance and managing tax matters.
