Aftersales Specialist – EV Motorbikes

About the role

The Aftersales Specialist will lead the aftersales ecosystem for Blu EV compatible motorbikes across Egypt. You will ensure spare parts availability, manage warranty processes, and coordinate with service partners to minimise downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the aftersales strategy, including manuals for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Define and monitor service‑level agreements for parts replenishment and re‑ordering.
• Oversee daily aftersales operations, workshops, field service activities and warranty claims, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Supply Chain to address recurring defects and improve product quality.
• Track failure rates, MTBF, warranty costs and generate regular performance reports.
• Establish and manage partnerships with external workshops, delivering training on Blu EV standards.
• Audit service partners for safety, quality and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to forecast spare‑parts demand while controlling working capital.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in aftersales, service operations or fleet maintenance, preferably with motorbikes, last‑mile delivery fleets or EVs.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors and drive data‑based improvements.
