About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager will support the branch manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service at the New Cairo tyre showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Implement company policies, supervise the branch team and guide performance improvements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for tyres and services, and report lost sales with reasons.
- Maintain strong relationships with walk‑in and corporate customers, handling complaints per guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, request inventory, and ensure the showroom’s appearance meets standards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly market and competitor reports and present showroom requirements to the Branches Manager.
- Conduct daily staff meetings and participate in monthly performance reviews with the Branches Manager.
Required profile
- Presentable appearance with strong communication, presentation and selling abilities.
- Good level of English and proficiency in Excel.
