B2B Appointment Setter – US Clients (Remote)

About the role

Alba Talent is seeking experienced B2B appointment setters to book qualified meetings with US decision‑makers such as HR directors, heads of people and CHROs. The role is fully remote, paid in USD, and operates on a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls each day using the Salesfinity power dialer.
• Conduct discovery‑led conversations to book short calls with the client’s founder.
• Follow a client‑approved script and maintain a clean CRM for coaching.
• Work 4:00 PM to midnight Cairo time, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling, appointment setting or lead generation.
• Clear spoken English that meets US executive standards.
• Available full‑time during the specified Cairo time window.
• Quiet workspace, wired headset, reliable internet.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Experience using a power dialer.
