About the role
TTEC is looking for a Bilingual French and English Sales Representative to join its Cairo team. You will help customers transition to new shipping systems, delivering a consultative sales experience that drives activation and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and emails.
- Guide customers through onboarding, migration, and post‑migration support.
- Assess each customer’s shipping profile, address technical questions, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Complete system workflows and escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.
- Engage key decision‑makers to ensure smooth account setup and migration.
Required profile
- Strong interest in customer engagement and confidence initiating outbound conversations.
- Previous sales or account‑management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on activation targets.
- Empathy for customers navigating system transitions.
- Fluent French and conversational English.
