About the role
Join TTEC’s award‑winning team as a Night‑Shift Bilingual French & English Customer Service Representative. You will support a U.S. financial program from our Cairo centre, delivering exceptional experiences to customers while growing your skills in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Conduct research to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Consult on products with empathy and ensure a positive experience.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B1).
- Basic computer proficiency.

- Computer usage.
