Branch Manager – Fabrics & Curtains Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our Fabrics & Curtains retail locations in the Greater Cairo area. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including workflow, inventory, and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and analyse key performance indicators for the branch.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager (mandatory).
• Experience in Fabrics & Textiles, Home Furnishings, Furniture, or Ceramic & Building Materials is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and customer‑service capabilities.
• Ability to drive sales, manage operations and achieve business targets.
• Must be a resident of Cairo or Giza.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
