Branch Manager – Kids Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our kids‑fashion store located in Markaz Berket El Sabaa. This full‑time, on‑site position combines operational discipline with a strong focus on family‑friendly customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, cash handling and financial reporting.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory control and product displays in line with brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards and compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue.
• Collaborate with head office on sales analysis, process optimisation and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion or children’s apparel.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to organise tasks, meet performance targets and uphold high integrity standards.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or equivalent experience.
