About the role
RUSHBRUSH INC is seeking a motivated Brand Sales Advisor to join its Cairo team. You will act as the face of the brand, guiding customers through our product range and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Guide customers through product offerings, including free trials.
- Cross‑sell and upsell to maximize account value.
- Maintain product stock in account warehouses and set up displays at points of sale.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Required profile
- High‑school degree or higher.
- 1–2 years of sales or retail experience.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
