Business Affairs Officer – Legal, Compliance & Government Relations

About the role

SNAP14 is looking for a proactive Business Affairs Officer to lead legal, compliance, corporate structuring, government affairs and investor relations. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to ensure the company operates within regulatory frameworks while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external legal matters, draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, coordinate with external counsel and ensure proactive risk mitigation.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance practices and manage regulatory filings for domestic and international operations.
• Identify, analyse and address operational, strategic and legal risks; report risk exposure to senior management.
• Act as primary liaison with government agencies, manage licensing, permitting and regulatory relationships.
• Support business expansion, conduct due diligence for new markets and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain investor relations, assist with valuation inputs and prepare investor reporting.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance and governance structures.
• Experience managing legal and regulatory affairs in a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, government bodies and investors.
