Business Development Executive

About the role

Our client, a London‑based financial and commercial services firm operating in the digital media space, is expanding its commercial team. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to own creator acquisition from initial outreach through to signed partnership, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts that match the ideal client profile across digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, moving opportunities from first contact to close.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns using cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social media.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for signed clients, managing relationships independently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define commercial terms tailored to each client.
• Track activity, conversion rates and pipeline health, reporting against targets regularly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive or similar outbound role with proven quota attainment.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals from cold outreach without heavy management support.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1+).
• Proven experience selling to Western clients, familiar with UK or US professional norms.
• Self‑discipline to deliver results in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
