Business Development Executive

About the role

KitchN Foods is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand its revenue streams across retail, ecommerce, and catering. Based in Cairo, you will play a hands‑on role in identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and turning ideas into commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Grow retail, ecommerce, and catering channels through new partnerships and account management.
• Lead commercial negotiations, product listings, and account expansion.
• Identify market opportunities and support the development of new products and SKUs.
• Build pricing strategies and manage profitability across channels.
• Develop and optimise menus for retail, frozen products, and catering offerings.
• Drive catering sales, corporate partnerships, and event opportunities.
• Collaborate on packaging, in‑store visibility, and brand activations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align commercial priorities with content and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, food retail, modern trade, or business development.
• Strong track record in account management and commercial growth.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable owning targets and delivering results.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Catering, events, or hospitality sales experience is a plus.
