Business Development Manager – Forex Sales

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling foreign exchange (FX) products and services. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD & FX market, leveraging an established IB & CPA partners network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering tailored FX solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for FX products while fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of FX market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and improve offerings.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and keep accurate records of sales activities, reporting regularly to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the FX or broader financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of FX markets and related products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
