Business Development Manager

About the role
Our client, a multinational engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Egypt. The role focuses on building relationships with distributors and key customers across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion throughout Egypt.
- Collaborate closely with the distributor network to develop key customer relationships.
- Secure product specifications and identify new business opportunities.
- Target sectors such as oil & gas, power, construction, marine, and telecommunications.
Required profile
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Industrial or related discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
- Proven experience managing distributors and key accounts in Egypt.
- Strong knowledge of specification selling and AVL processes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Egypt.
