Business Development Manager

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and own the outbound sales pipeline for a fast‑growing client. This remote, hands‑on commercial role will work closely with senior leadership to shape the go‑to‑market strategy and eventually transition into full‑cycle closing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Apollo, Instantly and Sales Navigator.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in HubSpot with accurate opportunity tracking.
• Iterate outbound messaging and targeting based on performance data.
• Test new outbound channels such as cold calling as the strategy evolves.
• Provide regular pipeline and conversion reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR or similar).
• Proven ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
• Excellent written English with persuasive outbound copy.
• Comfortable selling technical or consultancy‑led B2B solutions.
