About the role

Art Vision is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to create new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market. The role combines lead generation, deal closing, and partnership management to expand the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance and improving conversion rates.
• Lead meetings, deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts with prospective partners.
• Convert qualified leads into signed deals and long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape revenue growth strategies.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent Art Vision professionally at meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, target‑driven, and proactive.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in agencies, media, or marketing is a strong plus.
