Business Development & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Operations Executive to support day‑to‑day execution across sales, operations, and influencer partnerships. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and requires moving deals forward while keeping projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Sales support (B2B): build lead lists, conduct outreach, qualify leads and book meetings.
• Operations: prepare quotations, track orders/shipments, coordinate with suppliers and couriers, and provide client status updates.
• Influencer collaborations: identify creators, manage outreach, collect media kits, coordinate shipping, track deliverables, promo codes and commissions, and ensure proper Instagram tagging.
• Client management: handle routine inquiries, organize requests and escalate only when management decisions are needed.
• Marketing support: assist with basic campaign tasks, content ideas, social media scheduling and performance tracking.
• Personal/Executive Assistant duties: manage calendar, reminders, meeting scheduling and follow‑ups via email or WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; comfortable using checklists.
• Confident in sales follow‑ups and chasing responses.
• Reliable, responsive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Instagram collaborations, reels workflow and influencer management.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (nice to have).
