Business Development Representative

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales and expand its network of professional learners. In this remote position you will build relationships with end‑users, qualify leads, and promote the company’s accredited continuing‑education courses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end‑users to achieve business goals.
• Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media.
• Maintain and grow existing leads while identifying new opportunities.
• Conduct customer surveys and devise effective B2B sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted sales efforts.
• Prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
• Promote LearnTastic’s products and services to potential and existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in a US‑based firm.
• Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies.
• Availability to work US shift (5 am‑2 pm CST) remotely.
