Business Development Specialist

About the role

Aura Communication is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across its HR outsourcing, staffing and BPO services in Egypt and the wider MENA region. Based in Heliopolis with hybrid flexibility, the role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate leads through digital tools, networking and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and tailored proposals to prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
• Maintain a structured pipeline in CRM tools and follow up on opportunities.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth communication to reinforce long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven lead‑generation and prospecting experience.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within HR outsourcing, staffing or BPO services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
