About the role
The Business Unit Manager for the Urology/Andrology division will lead the commercial activities of Arabian Co. in Egypt. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing a sales team and building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Urology/Andrology unit in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve defined KPIs and revenue targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with urologists, andrologists and key opinion leaders.
- Identify new market opportunities, analyse trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and implement promotional and scientific activities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage the unit’s budget and P&L.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and ensure optimal territory coverage.
- Manage relationships with distributors and external partners where applicable.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in urology or andrology, preferably within medical devices.
- Proven experience in a managerial or team‑leadership role.
- Strong business acumen, market understanding and ability to work under pressure.
