About the role
Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Manager to lead a team of consultants and drive the growth of its training academy. Based in Cairo, you will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring training programs meet learner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of consultants delivering training solutions.
- Implement performance reviews and set targets for the team.
- Identify and target prospective learners for the academy’s programs.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Research learner needs and tailor program recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and close sales.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure program quality and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or selling training/educational programs.
- Strong understanding of training and certification offerings and their relevance to client needs.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Based in Cairo and able to work on‑site.
