Call Center Agent (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling shipments, inquiries and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and deliver shipments to clients while providing friendly customer service.
• Answer walk‑in customer inquiries about products and services.
• Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes and cooperate with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
• Work closely with operational staff to meet customer expectations and resolve complaints.
• Document potential service issues and forward them to the line manager.
• Perform data entry tasks on relevant systems in coordination with senior retail agents.
• Promote company services and achieve personal sales targets.
• Assist the team in reaching overall performance goals.

Required profile

• University degree (fresh graduate or up to one year experience in customer service, retail or operations).
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
