About the role
Sutherland is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Cairo. The specialist delivers exceptional customer support, answers inquiries, resolves issues and keeps customer satisfaction high. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in professional phone etiquette and communication techniques is a plus
