Reliance Care Officer (Egypt)

About the role

Reliance Health offers health plans covering employers and employees across Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal and beyond, combining telemedicine, affordable health insurance and partner and proprietary healthcare facilities. It is looking for self-starters to join as Reliance Care Officer in Cairo, acting as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, answering inquiries, resolving issues and supporting customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests and complaints with a friendly, professional tone.
• Provide accurate information to prospective clients so they can choose suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right teams and follow up until resolved.
• Record and update customer feedback, complaints and suggestions in the internal communication system.
• Support customer acquisition by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging them to buy health insurance or use company services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends.
• A medical background (Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
• Attention to detail, goal orientation and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
