About the role
Sutherland, a digital engineering services company, is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent (Call Center Representative) in Cairo. The agent handles customer inquiries, resolves issues and delivers high-quality service. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails
- Offer solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Required profile
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
- Willingness to work rotational night/overnight shifts
Required skills
- Good communication and customer service skills (optional)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team
