Client Success Executive (B2B Outbound)

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is looking for a Client Success Executive to own B2B client relationships and drive growth through outbound outreach. This remote position blends client success with sales execution, requiring you to build trust quickly, generate opportunities by cold‑calling, and convert conversations into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, managing the relationship end‑to‑end.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to prospect new accounts and nurture existing ones.
• Identify, propose, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand account value.
• Generate and qualify leads, turning conversations into commercial outcomes.
• Resolve client issues promptly and ensure a seamless, responsive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product delivery with client needs.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English (C2 level) with professional communication skills.
• Proven sales mindset with documented achievement of targets.
• Hands‑on experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
