Commercial City Senior Manager – Egypt (Non-Cairo)

About the role

The Commercial City Senior Manager will act as the business owner and general manager for a selected city outside Cairo. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, acquiring top‑tier merchants and ensuring Bosta’s delivery promises are met through close coordination with operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close regional merchants, e‑commerce businesses and enterprise accounts to grow top‑line revenue.
• Design and execute expansion strategies, mapping untapped business zones, industrial hubs and merchant clusters.
• Maintain key merchant relationships, monitor service levels, reduce churn and stimulate organic parcel growth.
• Collaborate with sorting facilities, logistics hubs and fleet leads to align commercial commitments with fulfillment capacity and SLA performance.
• Build, coach and lead a high‑performing local commercial and business‑development team, setting KPIs and revenue targets.
• Continuously analyse competitor activity, regional shipping dynamics and market pricing to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of commercial, sales or business‑operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets, territory expansion and end‑to‑end business growth.
• Deep understanding of and strong commercial network within the target city.
• Hands‑on leader capable of balancing strategic planning with field execution and high‑stakes merchant negotiations.
