Commercial Manager – Non-Readymade Garments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our non‑readymade garments and textile business. The successful candidate will shape commercial strategy, drive market expansion and maximise revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead sales, business development and procurement activities within the non‑readymade garments sector.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with international and local clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing structures and profit‑margin optimisation.
• Manage and mentor the commercial team to achieve ambitious performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven commercial leadership experience in non‑readymade garments, textiles or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market penetration and revenue optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of supply‑chain management, sourcing and global textile trade dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences or a related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
