Commercial Senior Associate – Wholesale Fashion

About the role

The Commercial Senior Associate – Wholesale Fashion will drive the expansion of Chalhoub Group’s fashion brands across Egypt. You will identify new wholesale opportunities, build strategic retail partnerships and expand distribution channels while working closely with the UAE Wholesale & Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new wholesale and distribution opportunities across Egypt, including department stores, concept stores, multi‑brand retailers and showrooms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, buyers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to pinpoint new markets, locations, retail concepts and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients from lead generation through to commercial closure.
• Support the creation of commercial proposals and business cases.
• Coordinate closely with UAE Wholesale and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed opportunities.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and help secure profitable partnerships and deals.
