Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and commercial leads.
• Analyze sales channels, customer potential and performance metrics.
• Support commercial strategy and business development initiatives.
• Prepare market intelligence and performance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets and commodities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven reporting and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency with commercial reporting and analysis tools.
