About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Specialist to drive growth and strengthen our commercial operations within the agriculture sector. The role combines market analysis, business development and close collaboration with sales, logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market assessments and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor market pricing, supply‑demand dynamics and emerging trends.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and commercial leads.
- Analyze sales channels, customer potential and performance metrics.
- Support commercial strategy and business development initiatives.
- Prepare market intelligence and performance reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or business development experience.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets and commodities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven reporting and presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency with commercial reporting and analysis tools.
