Coordinator – Visual Merchandising

About the role
The Coordinator ensures that Bershka stores present the brand’s visual standards, creating an attractive shopping environment that drives sales. This role works closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to keep the floor organized, stocked, and visually compelling.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously replenish stock on shelves to guarantee product availability.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage product rotation.
- Maintain tidy and clean shelves and floor at all times.
- Collaborate with sales associates to create and sustain the appropriate visual environment.
- Assist with client servicing to ensure timely and quality responses.
- Distribute and arrange merchandise according to company guidelines, display mapping, and visual standards.
Required profile
- Experience in retail or visual merchandising environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow brand guidelines.
- Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
