Course Consultant – Sales (English Learning Programs)

About the role

As a Course Consultant you will guide prospective students and their parents through the selection of English learning programs, using a consultative sales approach. You will work on‑site at the Maadi headquarters, handling inbound and outbound interactions to drive enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce English learning programs to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative selling.
• Follow up with leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English with non‑Arabic‑speaking managers.
• Target‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work full‑time on‑site in Maadi (5.5 days per week).

• Experience using CRM systems.
