Customer Care Executive – Inbound US Voice Sales & Upselling

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our inbound US voice team. The role combines high‑quality customer service with proactive sales and upselling to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from US customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing and promotions while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Handle objections with empathy, resolve concerns, and close sales.
• Document all interactions, inquiries and sales in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to think quickly on the phone.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
