Customer Project Manager

About the role

The Customer Project Manager leads the execution of complex customer projects, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Operating with limited supervision, the role acts as the primary liaison between internal teams, distributors, and customers across assigned countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the order realization process, ensuring sales recognition with district and cluster managers.
• Maintain seamless communication loops among clusters, distributors, and supply‑chain managers.
• Identify performance‑improvement opportunities using Lean tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, third‑party purchasing, and data accuracy in PSA and CPMD tools.
• Handle risks, escalations, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer acceptance, handover, and compliance with business and Q&R policies.
• Monitor budget adherence, forecast market cycle time, and ensure schedule stability.
• Support Philips channel partners with technical expertise, layouts, calculations, and project‑management guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end customer projects in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
