About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in Alexandria. The specialist delivers exceptional customer support, addresses inquiries, resolves issues and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential.

- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail.
