About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent for its English account, based in New Cairo. The agent manages daily interactions with customers, handling inquiries and resolving concerns while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
- Provide exceptional communication and support the customer service team in meeting organizational objectives
- Foster positive relationships with customers
Required profile
- B2 English level
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in an on-site teamwork environment
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate shifts
