About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Customer Service Agent who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems proactively. In this position you will become the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand our products and services while turning satisfied users into brand advocates.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat to address inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms to keep records up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize workload effectively.
