About the role

A leading shipping agency at Damietta Port is looking for an Export Customer Service Executive to manage end‑to‑end export operations, documentation and daily client communications.

Key responsibilities

Process export bookings, equipment release orders and shipping advice.
Review Shipping Instructions and issue draft and final Bills of Lading.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines and terminal operators, tracking vessel schedules and container movements.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, VGM submission and customs clearance deadlines.
Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.

Required profile

2‑3 years of experience in Export Customer Service within a shipping agency.
In‑depth knowledge of Damietta Port export procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies or related field.
Excellent written and spoken Business English.
