About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our appointment‑setter team. The role operates on a US shift, handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and set appointments.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information in English.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work the US shift (3 PM – 12 AM).
- Reliability and punctuality.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
What we offer
- Net salary of 16,000 EGP plus up to 4,000 EGP in KPI bonuses.
- US shift schedule with weekends off.
- Transportation provided after the shift.
