About the role
Sutherland, a global business and digital transformation partner, is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative for its Cairo office. The role covers day-to-day tasks focused on customer satisfaction, account management, excellent customer service and effective communication.
Required profile
- Proficiency in French at B2-C1 level
- Graduates and dropouts welcome
- Flexibility with European time zones
- Flexibility with rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
